6.1 Deposits. 6.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests will only be processed to an account or payment method in the same name as the registered pika88 account. All withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of KYC verification. The following withdrawal processing timeframes are indicative only and not guaranteed:

7.1 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated in the specific promotion terms) must be bet on eligible games before any resulting winnings can be withdrawn.
7.2 Maximum Bet Rule. While any bonus balance is active in your account, the maximum permitted single bet or spin is MYR 250 unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus period may result in the voiding of the bonus and any associated winnings.
7.3 Game Contribution. Different game categories contribute at different rates toward the completion of wagering requirements. Typically, slot games contribute at 100%, while table games such as baccarat, blackjack, and roulette contribute at 10–20%. Live dealer games and sports betting may have varying contribution rates. 7.4 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses carry an expiry window from the date of activation. Standard expiry periods are 7, 14, or 30 days as stated in the applicable promotion. Any uncompleted wagering requirement or unused bonus balance will be forfeited upon expiry without compensation.
7.5 Bonus Abuse. Pika88 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold withdrawals, or suspend accounts where there is evidence of bonus abuse. This includes, without limitation: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting promotion mechanics in a manner not intended by pika88, placing low-risk or hedged bets designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk, or coordinating with other players to exploit bonuses collectively.

8.1 Game Integrity. All games offered on the pika88 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited for fairness. The outcomes of all games are entirely random and not influenced by the Platform, previous results, or any external factor. Stated Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and are not a guarantee of individual session results.
8.2 Technical Errors. In the event of a software error, connection failure, or system malfunction that results in an incorrect game outcome or payout, pika88 reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and return the wagered amount to the User's real money balance. Any winnings arising from a technical error are not considered valid and will not be paid out.
8.3 Sports Betting. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pika88 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
Anti-Money Laundering: Pika88 operates in compliance with applicable international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. All deposit and withdrawal transactions are subject to monitoring. Where suspicious activity is detected, pika88 is required to file reports with the appropriate authorities and may be legally prohibited from disclosing this to the User concerned.
10.1 Suspension by Pika88. Pika88 reserves the right to suspend or close any User account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC; account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months; or at Pika88's sole discretion where it determines the account relationship is no longer appropriate.
10.2 Closure by User. You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any real money balance remaining at the time of closure (subject to completion of outstanding wagering requirements and KYC) will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
10.3 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months is classified as dormant. Pika88 may charge a monthly dormancy administration fee of up to MYR 50 on dormant accounts with a positive real money balance, until the balance is exhausted or the account is reactivated. You will be notified by email before dormancy fees commence.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
